  • Member of the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) Ten MILLION DOLLAR CLUB.
  • Accepted into the President’s Sales Club with the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) throughout my career by selling over one million dollars in gross sales per year.
  • Earning various individual office achievement awards throughout my career beginning in 1993.
  • Obtaining my Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the Builders Industry Association (BIA) in 2004.

Background

Lori Swearingen was born and raised in Upper Arlington and has lived in central Ohio her entire life (over 45 years). Lori has been a Realtor since 1996 and has been in the business since 1993. Lori started out in real estate working at HER Realtors in Worthington answering phones. She then went to work for one of the top producing Realtors at that time calling all her past clients,  procuring business, and creating home Fact Sheets and client Mailings. Lori then decided to get her real estate license she was bringing in a ton of business. In her first year Lori  made 1 Million Dollar club and now she has reached the highest level and is in the 10 Million Dollar Club. Most of Lori’s business is past client and referral business. Lori is even selling home to her past clients children!!

In addition to Lori’s many – many – many years of experience, she has earned a CSP (New Homes Sales Certification Designation). Typically only builder representatives get this certification. Lori wanted to get into the minds of what “Builders Rep’s” were thinking so she could better help her clients.  To do this she took a course and got her designation from the BIA (Builders Industry Association) here in Columbus, OH. Just another way Lori works to provide quality service for her clients beyond the norm.

Lori is a recipient of numerous awards including: RE/MAX President’s Club, Keller Williams Bronze club awards, and inducted into the Metropolitan Executive & Professional Registry. Lori was offered ownership of a Keller Williams Office & flown out to Denver first class to meet the founder of RE/MAX. This demonstrates that other companies have seen her proven expertise and value!!

Background

Greg Swearingen is a native of central Ohio and has lived in this area over 50 years. He has his bachelors degree from The Ohio State University where he studied mathematics education.

With a bachelors degree in  mathematics and a background in computer science, Lori drafted him early on to assist in real estate valuation and analysis and in 2006 Greg obtained his real estate sales license.  Greg currently assists the Selling Columbus team with real estate valuation, digital marketing, social media, and web development.

Greg concentrates on making sure customer homes look their best for internet marketing. Additionally he is passionate about helping buyers find a home they love and one that has the potential for a good return on investment.

In addition to working in real estate approximately thirty hours a week, Greg also works as a Senior Business Analyst for Quick Solutions, Inc. Greg has over 20 years experience as a Business Analyst helping customers to make their business more efficient.
